We care deeply about the health and well-being of our valued residents and are committed to doing our part to curb the spread of COVID-19, also referred to as Coronavirus.
As such, we are no longer conducting face to face meetings with residents for non-emergency maintenance requests and services. We are also implementing virtual leasing services such as online tours and online applications to continue to assist prospective residents in finding a new home.
We will continue to monitor and heed the Federal and State guidelines, including all updates and modifications to Governor Inslee's Safe Start Washington to reduce risk and exposure to this virus. At this time, we have implemented numerous initiatives at our properties in response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, including but not limited to:
- Temporarily closing amenities such as fitness centers, pools, business centers, and other common areas to reduce the risk of exposure and promote social distancing
- Enhancing our already rigorous cleaning and sanitation protocols in all common areas
- Limiting access to our leasing and staff offices and communicating by phone and email whenever possible
